Property volume bracket rates (4–200 units)

4–10 cost $10/mo each; 11–50 cost $5/mo each; 51–200 cost $2.50/mo each (marginal brackets, rounded to nearest dollar; annual is 10× monthly).

Points and Pro1,000 points adds 30 days to Pro. An annual term plus a points month gives 365 + 30 days. Pro benefits, including 1.5× points, apply on monthly, annual and points terms. Eligible earning is verified by Shappy.

Business billingAnnual covers base, seats and properties at 10× monthly, paid upfront. Mid-term additions are prorated at your term rate. Removals take effect at renewal. Full annual refund within 14 days of the term start; none after. Renew manually to continue.
